My creative practice involves unlearning (on stage) what my parents & I once thought was necessary to survive.
In doing so, I always end up creating works that revolve around death, rebirth, and animals.
(Animals both in the 'animal inside of us' way but also literal animals like all the characters are lambs.)
I am interested in following non-linear timelines, deconstructing and decolonizing the English language, and playing with the idea of theatre being all-immersive--an escape, but not necessarily a vacation.
I have worked with/performed at The Tank NYC, CultureHub/SFPC, pinkFROG cafe, and the Brick.
